September in London

September comes and goes, the days, started out wet, have ended with light hot evenings, generally keeping me awake.

So work wise, the transition from August where everyone goes on holiday, to September where everybody is checking availability and wanting things done, has meant that I've been doing a lot of work prep (albeit, not much in production work, mostly continuations and project prep). I've got some great projects and coming up for October as a result though, so existing times. It's strange though how I'm still getting used to this transition period, knowing how often it comes round.

I'm going to be restarting my work / agency search through Autumn over Xmas, kind of the period I need to get cash-flow going, so if your looking for a Drupal or Wordpress developer (or even a UX guy), let us know (email on newmediathinking.com).

Elsewhere, I'm getting to know South London a bit more. Walking and wondering Norwood, Herne Hill and Brixton. The other week I discovered this Land and Freedom Camp on Clapham Common, set up by ex Kew Eco village. I had great time watching Winstanley on the Common and seeing what else they had been up to that week. I have a feeling that many of them I've / will cross paths with via various networks, Dark Mountain etc...

I'm also starting a new experiment, with all the posts on my Flickr / Youtube that I'm making, as a better way to build an archive of what I'm doing and to do more short posts over on my new Blog, Offline / Online, as a way of managing so much auto posts I do.

Onwards....
